It is no coincidence that sutchaTEAS’s first herbal series is born from the sacred cycles of women. When I first set out to make herbal blends, it wasn’t to start a business…
…It was simply to honor, heal, and regulate my own cycle.
After years (and I do mean YEARS) of painful periods, cycle irregularity, and writing off the ‘worst of my days’ as “PMS” symptoms. I decided to get real deliberate, which inevitably led me to get —

Each herb in this blend was chosen not just by research, but by resonance. They arrived before I knew why.
